It did not come with the jewel on the bottle but I have used this scent for years. Great gift. I get compliments and asked about my perfume. I have been using this scent for years. Shipping takes a bit but I live in Alaska. Best price for a great product. The smell lasts all day.My son’s mom gets this for her bday, Mother’s Day, x-mas. He sneaks to check to see how much she has left just in case he has to wrap a new one.
